Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Cooperate with our reasonable requests for information and documentation
  • Review all documents and reports we prepare and promptly notify us of any errors or concerns
  • Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our agreed-upon payment terms

Service Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be as agreed upon in our engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made in accordance with our terms.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you remain responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
